What is Ubikwiti?
Ubikwiti is a break-through SaaS accounting and business management platform for SMBs, designed to be delivered, customized and supported by CPA, CA and Bookkeeping channel partners.

  An easy-to-use Screen or report customization tool, with its simple point-and-click, drag-and-drop capaibilities makes WYSIWYG customization easy, quick and on-the-fly. For example, changing the labels to suit business needs or turning off fields that are not needed.

  Ubikwiti allows for "Mashup" using third-party web services, such as adding a GoogleMap button to the Sales Order screen to provide quick access to search for a customer's location.
bullet Customize Related Tasks
  Related tasks is a feature located on the left sidebar and allows CPAs, CAs or bookkeepers to define the shortcuts to other screens within Ubikwiti. For example, while in the Invoice screen, add a Customer shortcut, which when clicked will show the customer screen, so that you can complete a new Customer setup.

This feature also allows CPAs, CAs and bookkeepers to change the labels and order of the Related Tasks.

Data Security and availability of service

We take security very seriously at Ubikwiti. The software and data is currently hosted securely on Amazon data centers in the United States. Click here to read more about Amazon's Elastic Cloud Computing (EC2) Service Level Agreement that ensures 99.95% availability. Ubikwiti continuously evaluates service levels, performance and pricing of major cloud service providers to ensure we are able to offer the best hosted services.

Ubikwiti software provides SSL for transactions to ensure all private information are protected (see the VeriSign SSL Certificate). Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.

Ubikwiti takes precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard the information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Should the Ubikwiti subscription be terminated for any reason, our servers will preserve the data for a retention period of three months. During the retention period, users are able to access the data and print reports, but will not be able to enter new transactions.
