Tim has decades of experience of managing highly-skilled, creative, innovative groups of IT professionals charged with designing, developing and implementing large-scale information technology architectures to meet the financial and business management requirements of organisations ranging in size from small and medium businesses to multi-billion dollar, multi-country enterprises.
Although Tim’s current focus is Ubikwiti and cloud-based applications, Tim prior professional experience spans virtually all information technologies from mainframe-based applications to today’s web-hosted applications. He brings an unparalled depth, richness, variety of experience and practicality to exploiting the new frontier of cloud-based business applications.

Tim has headed the development of the Ubikwiti platform from its inception in 2007. He was drawn very powerfully to the realisation that here, at last, in Ubikwiti’s component-based “Lego™-like” approach to providing business solutions, was a revolutionary, better, faster and extremely agile way to build scalable business applications capable of meeting "design-for-people" and "build-for-change" requirements quickly, efficiently and at low cost.
Economic necessity in conjunction with emerging technologies and the need for competitive responsiveness will encourage businesses to look for new and low-cost ways to replace their current inflexible, expensive business applications with low-cost Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions capable of quickly and efficiently meeting their current and evolving business needs.
Tim’s prior experience includes five years as Director and CEO of SMS Consulting Group, an information technology consulting company he co-founded and built from a base of two employees to the largest privately-owned IT consulting firm in Australia. That company was sold in 2000 for $220 million.

Ted has provided strategic advice to the Company for nearly three years. Ted has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and strategic advisor to management teams of emerging growth and established public companies. He has demonstrated skills in strategic leadership, marketing and product innovation, business development, and team building and organization. Ted earned his M.B.A. in general management from the Harvard Business School. He earned an A.B. with High Honors in Architecture and Urban Planning from Princeton University.
Ted has served as a Director on the Boards of several emerging companies both public and private. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of LookSmart (NASDAQ: LOOK), a leader in Web search services and technology. He served on the Board of TriSpan, a private systems integration company sold to AnswerThink (NASDAQ: ANSW). He advised the Board of Universal Commerce, a market leader in software e-commerce, in its sale to Digital River (NASDAQ: DRIV).

Ted has launched, funded, built, and grown an impressive set of information, marketing services, and technology companies which became early leaders in their respective market segments. He served as the CEO of RealNames International, the innovative Web addressing services company, where he negotiated the exclusive, worldwide license and distribution agreement for internet keywords with Microsoft. He founded Network 1.0 to develop, market, and serve interactive marketing campaigns for leading advertisers on the Web, which he sold to SOFTBANK. He founded Consumer Direct Access to publish CATALYST, a national consumer buying guide, and sold the company to Ameritech. Most recently, he served as CEO of Colarity, an enterprise applications company that he turned around, restructured, and financed to develop a Web-based knowledge-sharing system for use in customer support in knowledge-based enterprises.
Prior to serving as an entrepreneur and director for emerging companies, Mr. West was the Vice President and General Manager of Pacific Bell Directory, where he executed highly successful marketing and business development plans to spur revenue growth to over one billion dollars; and he advised senior executives as a strategic business and organizational consultant to AT&T, Pacific Telesis, BellSouth, McGraw Hill, D&B, AEG-Telefunken, among other clients.

Chris Chieng

Chris has been with the company for four years. He is responsible for the company’s software architecture, design & development, operational integrity, system support and maintenance. Presently, he is involved in not only the design phase of the architecture of Ubikwiti, but also the development on the core engine of Ubikwiti – the DDE engine.
Prior to serving as CTO, he was the vice president of software development. He was instrumental in the development of the company’s on-line products.
