| BUSINESS ANALYST (2 positions) |
| Responsibilities:
|
 |
To be involved in analysing, designing, developing and testing financial/accounting software applications. |
|
Understand business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications.
|
|
Analyse, design and document business processes.
|
|
Design user interfaces.
|
|
Design and execute test scenarios and test plans.
|
|
Research product features and industry standards.
|
|
Conduct user acceptance testing. |
|
Continually improve the quality and efficiency of the application.
|
|
Maintain good understanding of application functionality and technical architecture, as well as knowledge of product positioning and market.
|
|
| Requirements: |
|
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy, Information Technology or relevant industry certification.

Strong financial and business skills. |
|
Ability to quickly understand business processes.
|

Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes. |

Good knowledge of financial/accounting software applications is highly preferred. |

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant industry certification. |

Required skill(s): PHP, HTML and XML. |
|
Secondary skill(s): MySQL Server, AJAX, ASP.Net and Web services. |
|
Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts, and working experience in related field will be an added advantage.

| Responsibilities: |
|
Provide advanced technical support to maintain the operations and management of the company’s IT platforms. |
|
Responsible for the day-to-day support, systems administration, maintenance and upgrade of various networks. |
|
Assist in project management, systems integration, migration and upgrade of operating systems and other third party applications. |
|
Coordinate and liaise with 3rd party hardware and software vendors to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues. |
|
Trouble-shooting of hardware and operating systems.
|
|
|
|
Requirements: |
|
|
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant industry certification. |
|
Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant systems integration, implementation and systems support. |
|
Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems installation and configuration. |
|
Advanced knowledge of Desktop and Notebook Hardware fundamentals and hardware trouble-shooting skills. |
|
Advanced knowledge of Client/Server and Networking (LAN/WAN) technologies. |
|
Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure is an added advantage. |

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. |
